                                                      Synture is one of the largest direct sales marketing company.  When first time I came to interview I saw the environment and place of the synture it was  different. All the youngsters were working with lots of excitement. I got attracted.  There is two days interview process and after first round selection my confidence increased to talk with the director. Second round was practical round and I went on the field it was different experience with one executive.  The product was charity and I decided to work than other product.
