Synture organisation is a topmost direct sales and marketing in central part of India.The parent company is Appco India which work for different divisions across India in 20
cities with 110 strategic business unit.synture is one of the strategic business unit which works for 2 clients in 2 cities Lucknow and indore.
My experience with Synture 
1.Work environment 
    Work environment of the Synture org is dynamic with lot of young talents working together in a flamboyant  environment. I got retained because of freedom which is given to us to express our thoughts,ideas and innovativeness.The other thing because of which I retained myself in synture is due to healthy competitions among each other and other office people across India.
2.exposure 
 With the help of  synture I have travelled to lot of cities for test and marketing as well as for  lot of conferences,seminars,workshops and fun trips.i would like to share one of my experience with synture wherein I got a chance to travel to Mumbai at hotel Grand Hyatt where I met our chairman Mr Chris niarchos and lot of delegates  from different countries.
When I joined synture initially I use to get exposed to indore office only but after 3 months  I got a chance to understand the opportunity really well when I travelled to different offices of Appco across India which are in Delhi,Mumbai,Pune and Nagpur.
As a crew leader I have been invited for all india crew leader's  workshops held in Mumbai and for funtrip of 2 days to lonavala at della adventure resorts.
3.equal opportunity 
The profile of synture organisation  is designed in such a way that every person who joins the company gets the equal opportunity to become a business manager. This happens because synture works on a decentralised platform wherein the company gives you the chance to launch new ventures(cities,clents) of your choice. As I have the experience  of working in other companies i can easily compare the profiles of synture with other companies which works on centralised platform can't  give equal opportunity  at all.
5.career growth
  Growth in synture is fast because of the training structure and systems which are followed to develop leadership.
Growth in synture includes 5 levels of management
At level 1-- management trainee 
We get training in sales and marketing which teaches how to understand human behaviour
At level2--corporate trainer
Training starts on HR recruitment which includes training and developing people and recruiting people to make you team
At level 3-- Team leader
You learn team managent,conflict management in a team,how to lead a crew i.e leadership skills 
At level 4-- Assistant manager 
At this levels Synture teaches you finance,operation and administration department to run a branch 
At level 5-- Business Manager
At this levels you use all the department's which have been  trained to you to run a branch(New venture) by selecting a client or division you want to work for
6. AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS 
working with Synture  i got the award and certificate of crew leader wherein it specifies that I have been trained to lead a team of minimum 10 ppl under my leadership.
As Synture is into sales and marketing I got an award of doing highest amount of sales across India and got awarded with a Samsung smartphone
