Synture is one of the largest direct sales marketing company. 
When first time I came to interview I saw the environment and place of the synture it was  different. All the youngsters were working with lots of excitement. I got attracted. 
There is two days interview process and after first round selection my confidence increased to talk with the director.
Second round was practical round and I went on the field it was different experience with one executive. 
The product was charity and I decided to work than other product.
After that I trained by corporate trainer,  learn so many things, develop some skills like communication, interpersonal skill, and financial planning. 
Synture sent me mumbai for exposure.
Because of this I met so many big business man and created some healthy relationships . 
It is amazing journey so many ups and downs and tought me how to safeguard attitude in worst time. 
Environment was amazing and it gives lifestyle to people.
For the test marketing I went around 28 city in all across India. And so many business conferences was there in synture.
Growth system is different its only and only depend on you.
Synture is delivered Leadership to create leaders.
