Company profile- Synture is a direct sales and marketing i.e. contracted with a UK based MNC (Appco Group).. 
It was started by mr. Vishal Varma ( Engineering cum MBA professional) in 2008 in Mumbai and shifted to Indore in 2011..

Structure of company-  
Basically Synture is based on SBU (strategic business unit), 
Where very business associates (management trainee) have same opportunity to complete their training then start own independent business unit under care of  Appco Group..

Recruitment process- Basically as SYNTURE goal is to expand more and more business all across India, they require business associates thats why they recruite professional with expertise of different aspects of business like Marketing, finance, operation,human resource, business law.
So that  recruitment process is quite different..
Synture recruite professional and give on the job training (OJT) in all aspects of business/management (sales & marketing, Finance, operation, HR, business law...)

About my joining.. - As I am MBA professional with the specialisation of commerce, marketing and finance, I always wishing to work with good corporate company .. 
I was working with force motors Ltd , Pithampur as a excise auditor (care of TCI , supply chain management), I was wishing to shift in other company for my career growth..
I got mail from Synture, for business manager profile and after completion of  all process , I joined as a management trainee..

Career Growth/ promotions - In SYNTURE every management trainee have equal opportunity to complete their training in all level i.e. 
1..Management trainee ( Sales and marketing)
2.. Carporate Trainer ( H.R.)
3.. Team Leader ( Leadership training)
4.. Assistant Manager ( operations and Finance)
5 . Business Manager ( Business Law and business expansion, business development and client Management).

Exposure and trips... To get all the training Synture is giving opportunity to travel different different places all across India to get the training and explore our knowledge and experience. I have attended lots of conferences , seminars and visited several places ( cities)to lead the team  and develop leadership skills..

Work environment- Synture is providing great work environment  with respect to career development with lots of fun..
We all team member share our success and failure together , picnic..that help me every day to work with lots of enthusiasm..

Guidance - mr. Vishal Varma always help me to plan my day to day life..with my experiences ( financial planning), personal issues...some time I got demotivated but Vishal sir always make me to remember my life goals and ambition that again recharge me..

Awards and achievements.. I have completed my second level of training and working for third level of promotion to complete leadership training..

My experiences - I always wanted to work in such place where I can grow according to my hard work , dedication, discipline, skills and ambition,, it is quite challenging and tough but Synture is teaching me actual life. I learn lots of things and still need to learn more so I am working for it..
Synture make me to fight with obstacles bravely and move forward to build up make career in true and fruitful manner..
